Return & Reprint Policy
Tampa Allegra specializes in custom-printed products made to order. Because of the personalized nature of print production, our return and reprint policies differ from standard retail products.
Important: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items that were produced according to a proof that was approved by the client.
No Returns on Approved Proofs
Once a client approves a proof (digital or physical), they are accepting responsibility for the final content, layout, spelling, colors, quantities, and specifications. Any job printed according to an approved proof is considered correct and complete. For this reason:
- No returns, refunds, or credits are issued for jobs printed from client-approved proofs.
- This includes, but is not limited to, errors in text, layout, sizing, color choices, or images.
- It is the client’s responsibility to review proofs carefully before approval.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
All printed products are custom-made for each client. As such, they cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, custom print orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of production error by Tampa Allegra.
Color Variation and Materials
Color output may vary due to differences in screens, printers, inks, papers, and production processes. Minor color variation is normal in printing and is not considered a defect. Variations in paper, finish, trimming, folding, or binding within industry tolerances are not grounds for return or refund.
Errors Caused by Tampa Allegra
If a job is found to contain a production error that is clearly the fault of Tampa Allegra (for example, incorrect quantity, incorrect stock, or a print defect not present in the approved proof), we will, at our discretion:
- Reprint the affected portion of the order, or
- Issue a credit or refund for the affected portion only.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected portion of the job. We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect damages.
Shipping Damage
If your order is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. Please retain all packaging and provide photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.
Claim Window
Any issues with your order must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be honored.
How to Request a Review
To report an issue, please contact Tampa Allegra with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. We will review the claim and respond as quickly as possible.
