Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://store.tampa-allegra.com (the "Site") and any orders, quotes, or services provided by Allegra Tampa Downtown ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Allegra Tampa Downtown is a commercial printing, signs, and direct mail provider located at 107 N Jefferson St, Tampa, FL 33602. We are independently owned and operated as part of the Allegra Marketing Print Mail franchise system. We have served the Tampa Bay business community since 1996.
2. Orders & Quotes
All orders submitted through the Site are offers to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or modify any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders containing illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without proper authorization.
Custom quotes provided by us are valid for thirty (30) days from issuance unless otherwise specified. Pricing is subject to change based on final artwork specifications, paper availability, and material costs.
3. Artwork & File Submission
You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our file specifications, including bleed, resolution, color mode, and file format requirements. See our File Preparation Tips and Accepted File Formats guides.
By uploading artwork, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have express permission to use all content, images, fonts, and trademarks in the artwork
- The artwork does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- The content is not defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable
You agree to indemnify and hold Allegra Tampa Downtown harmless from any claims arising from the artwork you submit.
4. Proofs & Approvals
For custom orders, we may provide a digital proof for your review and approval. Production will not begin until you approve the proof. Once approved, you accept responsibility for all content, layout, spelling, color, and design elements as shown.
If you waive the proof or approve a proof containing errors, Allegra Tampa Downtown is not responsible for reprints or refunds based on those errors.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. For approved business accounts, alternative payment terms may be arranged in advance.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Applicable sales tax will be added based on Florida state and local tax requirements.
6. Production & Turnaround
Production turnaround times begin once we receive: (a) approved artwork or print-ready files, (b) approved proof if applicable, and (c) full payment. Stated turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.
Rush turnaround may be available for an additional charge. Contact us in advance to confirm rush availability.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free local delivery within the Tampa Bay area on most orders. Outside the Tampa Bay area, shipping is calculated based on weight, destination, and chosen carrier. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
8. Color Matching
Due to differences between digital displays and physical printing processes, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed without a hard-copy proof. Variations of up to 10% in color may occur and are considered acceptable industry tolerance. For critical color matching, request Pantone (PMS) color specifications and a press proof.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no charge if production has not yet begun. Once production begins (typically immediately after artwork approval), cancellation may incur charges based on materials used, labor invested, and stage of production. Custom-printed orders that are in production or completed cannot be cancelled.
10. Returns & Refunds
Custom-printed materials are made specifically for you and are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects, errors caused by us, or substantial deviation from the approved proof. See our Return Policy for full details.
If we determine that a reprint is required, we will produce replacement materials at no additional charge or issue a credit at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allegra Tampa Downtown is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including for personal injury or gross negligence.
12. Intellectual Property
All Site content (excluding customer-submitted artwork) — including the Allegra Tampa Downtown name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is owned by Allegra Tampa Downtown or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain all ownership of artwork you submit. By submitting artwork, you grant Allegra Tampa Downtown a limited license to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
